Where today there is a golf course, there once stood the Nobel dynamite factory of which there are still a few bunkers and other traces that are integrated into the course. Located at the mouth of Val di Susa, Golf Club Le Fronde stretches over 70 hectares, including both hilly and flat landscapes. The course is technically demanding and alternates between very challenging holes and others that are less difficult.The par of 71 for a course of around 6.000 m should not mislead anyone who doesn’t know the course, because the positioning of lakes, bunkers and centuries old trees requires great skill.The course: cool and breezy during the summer months, free from fog during the autumn. While in spring, the days are clear with an enviable temperature compared to Turin, which is just 25 km away and can be easily reached in less than half an hour.
